Susan, I want to share something with you. Since I was your student at Southwestern College, I have gone on to teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels for eleven years. I have become a lead professor, earned tenure, been inducted into my school's Academy of Teaching Excellence (a student-driven nomination process), and will be presenting at a national conference this summer in St. Louis. I tell you all of this not to blow my own horn, but to let you know each of these accomplishments has your fingerprints all over them. When I decided to pursue a career as a professor, I fashioned myself after the best professor I had in the past...you. Now, I am in the position to mentor those who want to get into the field, as well as being connected locally with various groups (SHRM, Chamber, etc.) serving as a conduit for my students to connect them with job opportunities. I am where I am because I followed your recipe of care for students, specific, frequent, and honest feedback, and flexibility when life throws a curveball to a learner. Dr Sasiadek was the first professor I had when I started my MBA program. Prior to beginning the program, I had years of fear and anxiety of whether or not I would even be qualified to get into a Masters program let alone complete one. The first class was going to make or break me. Her leadership, guidance, outreach, encouragement and patience with her students was felt every single time an assignment or paper was due. I can speak for many of us who were led by her, she truly gave us the power to recognize what we were capable of in the most crucial point of the program. I am forever grateful for her. She will always be one of the very few memorable leaders in my life for what she represented to me. I hope she crosses many many more lives and changes them as she already has.

Your expertise, guidance, and teaching have had a profound impact on my understanding of Servant Leadership and management. I have gained so much, not just from the course content, but also from observing your leadership style and your thoughtful approach to teaching.

OUTSTANDING INSTRUCTOR! Interactive with students making learning even better! Dr. Sasiadek goes above and beyond the call of duty to help her students learn. Provides students with examples and explains APA if necessary. Love, love, love this professor! She is far above her peers.
Dr. Sasiadek, well, truth be told, when you find a Professor who teaches in a way that you can strongly relate too, you learn the most. I was blown away by our last class and was ecstatic to learn you were teaching my next one. Some Professors try to be so tough or so over critical that you simply give up and just do what you have to just to get by. But sometimes you find Professors who seem to genuinely care about their students and how they perform without overwhelming them with work and comments. Those Professors teach you the most knowledge and help you to WANT to learn and move forward. Thank you for that!
Dr. Sasiadek is amazing, well engaged, full of positive insight and created an amazing atmosphere in the classroom. She is very engaged with everyone. This course is by far one of my favorite that I have learned so much from. If I could, I would take more courses led by Dr. Sasiadek.

This instructor is truly amazing. She was always extremely engaging; it was clear that she has put a lot of effort into making sure the curriculum was relevant. She would frequently ask us for feedback on content she included, asking if she should keep things or take them out. I thought her "break out rooms" at the start of class were great, allowing us a chance to interact with each other as students. She was always helpful about any questions, providing resources. She would end the class a few minutes early, but she stayed the full hour to give anyone an opportunity at the end to ask questions at the end, which was really great. I wish more instructors followed her example. This is how instructors should be teaching online classes. I really appreciated this experience; it was exactly what I hoped in an online class.

Dr. Sasiadek is an outstanding Professor, coach and mentor. I have had the pleasure of not only attending Dr. Sasiadek’s classes as a student for the past one and a half years, but also acting as her mentee. I have found Dr. Sasiadek to be one of the best Professors I have ever encountered and feel honored to have had her as a professor while obtaining my master’s degree from Southwestern College. She is always punctual and dependable in supplying a response to every question, as well as flexible in the ever-changing environment of pursing an education. Her leadership knowledge makes her an invaluable Professor.
The Professor was awesome and I was well informed about HRM and can not wait to learn more about Human Resources and the skills I will need to pursue a job in HR. She answered questions during our seminars which was very convenient and needed.

This course has re-ignited my passion/confidence in the MBA program. The assignments were reasonable and well aligned with the business degree.
